Location: Niametl Jungle
Where jungle meets ocean, there is the ultimate explosion of life. The city of Tolactaquatl is one of the largest in the world, situated at the delta of the Niagrum River. It stretches for leagues in both directions, an several hundred feet into the air in the middle of the city.
The city has an extremely diverse population, and is home to more halflings than any other city in Uturón.
Because the city lies within the Niametl Jungle, it is famous for its “living architecture”. Trees are shaped during the building process to become supports for the house, and ivy, vines, and other plants often coat the walls of houses, towers, and buildings. This makes the city a dark green color, and it is often difficult for cartographers to tell where the city begins and the jungle ends.
